Our associates enjoy PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401K, and numerous Associate Discounts! **Position Details:** Monday to Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am $19.00 base rate $1 shift differential **Additional Benefits:** • Paid Time Off • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401K • Associate Referral Program • $125 Boot allowance after 90-days of employment Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization! **Job Responsibilities:** • Loads and unloads trailers with a stand up clamp-operator forklift • Move large products within the warehouse • Complies with all safety requirements • Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system • Communicate with associates from other shifts • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs • Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed • Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line • Operate forklifts and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable) • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor **Qualifications:** • No prior forklift or warehouse experience required, but _preferred_ . • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required • Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required • Flexible to work overtime _preferred_ • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required • Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
