**Position Summary:** Penske is hiring enthusiastic individuals looking to gain real-world experience and build strong customer service skills this summer! As a Consumer Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice of Penske—helping customers choose the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional, memorable experience. You’ll use your product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and natural sales talent to guide each customer to the perfect solution, all while contributing to our department’s goals. In this role, you’ll build quick rapport with customers, using strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve needs on the first call whenever possible.
