**Position Summary:** Performs general administrative responsibilities including filing, faxing, scanning, creating & maintaining files, and sorting mail. **Major Responsibilities:** - Supports applicable financial functions (i.e. payroll, creating Purchase Orders, process A/P) - Gathering, tracking, reporting of data, conducting basic audits - Answer and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Order, receive and store office supplies, prepare memos, track associate documentation as required - Coordinate maintenance of office equipment - Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment - Works within a project budget as applicable - Meets deadlines for reports and activities - Adherence to company guidelines and expectations - Other projects as assigned by the supervisor **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Inter / Intranet use required - Must have strong organizational skills - Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a team environment - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required. **Physical Requirements:** -The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
