To learn more visit https://penske.jobs/benefits/ _Additional Benefits:_ • Paid Time Off • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401K, with company match • Associate Referral Program Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization! **Major Responsibilities:** • Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and departure times while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring system counts match physical inventory. • Monitor daily operations for compliance with established safety, logistics, and route management procedures. • Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates and effectively communicate with team members, customers, and process partners via radio, phone, and email. • Resolve operational issues on a first-line basis, including system, equipment, and associate-related concerns. • Perform data setup, validation, and inventory management, including managing unsalable inventory to resolution. • Assist with daily and weekly operational reports. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented. • Prioritize work and adjust to changing workload requirements. • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and meet warehouse performance metrics. • Maintain professionalism with management and coworkers. • Perform other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Qualifications:** • High School diploma or equivalent required. • 2 years of shipping/receiving office or inventory clerk experience and 1 year of customer service experience preferred. • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, and WMS experience preferred. • Ability to learn and use warehouse systems, internal applications, handheld scanners, and computers. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and maintain inventory accuracy. • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions. • Ability to operate material handling equipment and occasionally move product within the warehouse. • Regular and reliable attendance required. • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (35-90 degrees) • Must be willing to work the required schedule and location, travel as needed, and successfully complete the hiring process, including background and drug screening.
