Technician/CDL A Driver
This position will be a hybrid of an automotive technician and cdl a driver.
Essential job functions
Safely and efficiently transport vehicles to various destinations.
Be able to complete the following:
Vehicle functionality checks
Vehicle repairs
Replacing vehicle parts
Vehicle detailing and show prep
Hoist checks
Evaluate suspension and driveline components
Battery replacement and charging
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and report any safety or mechanical concerns.
Maintain courteous and professional interactions with clients, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection reports, and trip documentation.
Immediately report incidents or delays to management.
Skills/requirements:
Valid CDL Class A License with clean driving record.
2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
Mechanical technician experience (3 years preferred).
Knowledge of DOT regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
