Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

• Guide guests through introduction of brand and vehicle, highlighting features and benefits that match lifestyle and individual needs
• Provide information necessary for guests to buy with confidence
• Present financial and other information upfront and transparently
• Deliver an exciting and engaging experience for guests
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:

• Superior communication and customer service skills, especially effective via email and telephone
• A minimum of one (2) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred.
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.
• Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

• Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and small and/or enclosed spaces.
• Adjusting, moving, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
