Warehouse Worker - Breadline - Day Shift

Position: Breadline

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 AM to 6:30PM

Wage: $19.25 per hour

Responsibilities of this role:

• Picking/packing bread orders
• Operations runs on an assembly line pick process and is fast paced
• Working in ambient temperature, range could vary between 55-75 degrees
• On your feet and moving for the duration of your shift
• Bending, reaching, pushing, walking
• Pushing/pulling stacks of bread to assigned pack area
• Pushing/pulling stacks of bread from trailer to staging area
• Loading full and empty bread trays onto trailer
• Ability to push/pull 50 lbs. or more (on wheels).
• At all times, follow all SOP’s while also adhering to GMP policies.
• Performing other duties as assigned to include but not limited to; stamping/coding product, trailer loading/offloading (no PIT required), general warehouse clean up
  
  

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
