Penske Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Landscaper to maintain the appearance and health of our dealership grounds.
This role involves lawn care, planting, trimming, and general grounds maintenance to keep our properties clean, safe, and visually appealing year-round. The ideal candidate has hands-on landscaping and irrigation experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, plants, trees, and shrubbery through mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Install and repair irrigation systems
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed
- Remove debris, empty trash, and maintain cleanliness of grounds
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety and company standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping and irrigation systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Monday--Friday | 5:00 AM -- 2:00 PM

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Education and Experience
High School graduate. Previous maintenance experience. Strong ability for on the job training. General Construction background desired.
Preferred Education and Experience
Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Automotive dealership facility experience.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification
