Penske Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and hard-working Intern to join our summer internship program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and discover your passion!

PAG Interns receive the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience within each department of the dealership thereby gaining insight of the automotive industry. The Intern will have the chance to work in all departments throughout the market; including Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service, and Human Resources!

Pay for this position is $18.00/hour.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

• Full-time, 10-week paid internship available to College Juniors and Seniors.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.
• Practical hands-on experience within each department of the dealership (Sales, Service Department, and Business Office).
• Work closely with Department Managers or/and General Manager for additional training, support, and development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Junior or Senior undergraduate standing, graduate students and recent graduates considered.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
• Sincere desire to work in automotive retail.
• Ability to produce results in a fast paced, results driven environment.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
