The Plan Research Associate supports the delivery of high-quality insights and analysis for retirement plan clients. This role is responsible for gathering, validating, and organizing plan-related data to support internal teams and client-facing deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate plan documents, plan terms, and administrative elections
- Conduct analysis and enter data for plan contributions and auto-features
- Collect and maintain maintain plan investment and fee data
- Prepare support materials for client reports and plan committee meetings
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of plan-level data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data is used in all client deliverables
- Stay current on trends in plan design, provider capabilities, and industry best practices

Requirements
We will provide training in the area of retirement plan management. You will not be required to know everything on day one, but you will be required to have the ability to learn quickly and possess a keen eye for errors and detail.
