What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vinyl & Wrap Installer – Full Time position at Pensacola Sign & Graphics, Inc?
Pensacola Sign is looking for an experienced vinyl and wrap installer to join our team. You'll install everything from standard graphics and window film to full vehicle wraps, and you'll take pride in clean, lasting work our customers notice.
What you'll do:
- Install full and partial vehicle wraps, vehicle lettering, and fleet graphics
- Apply window graphics, perforated window film, and storefront decals
- Install wall graphics, signage, and other standard vinyl applications
- Prep surfaces properly (cleaning, removing hardware, trim, and old graphics)
- Remove old vinyl and adhesive without damaging surfaces
- Inspect finished work for quality and fix issues before handoff
- Keep tools, materials, and the install bay clean and organized
- Work on-site at customer locations as needed
What we're looking for:
- [2 ] years of professional vinyl and vehicle wrap installation experience
- Strong skills with squeegees, heat guns, knifeless tape, and precision trimming
- Experience with cast and calendared films and how they behave on curves and recesses
- A sharp eye for detail: seams, alignment, and clean edges
- Reliable, on time, and able to work independently or with a crew
- Valid driver's license
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to [50] lbs, and work on ladders
Bonus:
- Manufacturer Certification (3M, Avery Dennison, etc.)
- A portfolio of past work, or experience with PPF or color-change wraps
