Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers & Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests at various events. As a Server or Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Duties
- Set up banquet rooms and dining room according to service period or event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
- Team player attitude with the ability to assist colleagues as needed.
