At Pensacola Christmas Lights, we help families and businesses light up the holidays with beautiful, professional Christmas light installations. Position Overview
The Installer will oversee on-site installation crews, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. You’ll be hands-on — installing lights on rooftops, trees, and structures — while managing team members, client communication, and daily schedules.
Responsibilities
Lead a small crew to install, maintain, and remove Christmas light displays on homes and businesses.
Safely climb ladders, roofs, and trees using harnesses and other safety gear
Ensure proper installation of lights, clips, cords, and timers according to project plans
Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Train and guide new installers to follow company procedures and safety standards
Conduct quality checks on every project before completion
Maintain company equipment and ensure job sites are left clean and safe
Track materials used and report project completion details to management
Requirements
Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, or exterior installations preferred
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 40 feet
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Available for flexible hours, including some weekends during the busy season
