This role ensures timely preparation, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of inter-organization material movements while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with warehouse teams.

What you will do:
- Goods inbound - checking, counting, labeling and putting away stock
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods
- Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling and or forklift
- Plan and coordinate inter-warehouse material transfers to ensure on-time availability
- Ensure all materials are properly packed, labeled, and documented prior to shipment
- Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods
- Maintain accurate transfer records within ERP or inventory management systems
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and intercompany logistics
- Always follow health and safety procedures
- E-mail communication and reporting
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and tracking skills.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle shipment discrepancies.
