Year Round Sales Associate – Pennywise Consignment | Mystic, CT
Pennywise Consignment is seeking mature, hard-working, and reliable sales associates to join our team. Fashion retail experience is preferred, along with a passion for fashion and strong knowledge of today's most sought-after designers and brands.
As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our busy, two-story store. Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, maintaining an organized, clean and inviting sales floor, helping customers find their perfect outfits, and assisting with loss prevention.

Daily Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers in finding outfits and suggest additional pieces to complete their look.
- Keep the sales floor neat, clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Help monitor the store and fitting rooms to minimize theft and loss.
- Stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for both customers and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Retail experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with today's top designers and brands.
- Ability to stand for shifts of up to seven hours.
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 30 pounds and regularly navigate stairs throughout the day, as our store has two floors.
- Full-day availability on both weekdays and weekends is required.
