Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Terminal Operations Manager located in Tannersville, PA. The Terminal Operations Manager will oversee daily terminal operations, ensure efficient logistics management, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating fuel deliveries, managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Performance indicators for this job include Fleet Health, maintaining and growing our yearly volumes thru delivery management, weekly performance of our driving staff, and management of our inventory volumes.
Qualifications
- CDL, HAZMAT, CTEP, PERC NECESSESARY
- Experience in Customer Service and Training
- Proficiency in Logistics Management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tannersville, PA
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
