VP IT Services Management

The Vice President IT Services Management is responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the enterprise wide IT Service Management (ITSM) strategy to effectively meet service targets in accordance with planned business objectives. As the VP IT Services, your responsibilities will include instituting an operating model that organizes and aligns IT infrastructure capabilities, streamlining cross-organizational processes, and effectively reducing operational costs wherever possible to achieve maximum efficiencies in service delivery and support.

The VP IT Services Management will:

• Provide expert-level management, work direction and technical mentoring including training and guidance of junior staff and administrators
• Create and maintain availability and recovery design criteria to be applied to new or enhanced infrastructure design
• Ensure that standard IT processes and practices are defined and implemented in accordance with ITIL, COBIT and other leading industry best practices
• Identify and prioritize ITSM opportunities and coordination of service management teams
• Support IT controls including coordination of chargeback structures, targets and pricing
• Develop and manage service improvement and capability assessments programs to optimize the availability of the IT infrastructure and deliver cost effective improvements that produce tangible benefits to business units and customers
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of experience in ITSM process design and implementation
• Working knowledge of IT service management best practice framework and familiarity with ITIL v2/v3; certification a plus
• Demonstrated experience in leadership & managing people working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience and understanding of IT infrastructure services that include ServiceNow, LAN’s, WAN’s, telecommunications, hardware, software, desktop/server operating systems, data center operations, end user support, etc.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

Salary : $95,000 - $155,000
