A Typical Day
The Senior IT Data Analyst general support of QRM software systems to our business teams, while collaborating w/ team and others in IT and the software vendor. This includes ongoing support requests and annual software upgrades. As the Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting the business teams and successfully fulfilling their requests, while maturing and improving our processes.
The Senior IT Data Analyst will:
- Research, diagnosis, and solve business team questions or problems
- Respond quickly to system outages and urgent issues
- Create, implement and validate changes in non production environment, and deploy changes to Production
- Maintain ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks to support daily business operations
- Plan and perform annual software upgrades
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
- Moderate skills in
- SQL and SSMS
- SQL database
- Servers and their various applications
- Proficiency in Google Apps, including gSheet, gDrive and gMail
- Information Technology experience
- Familiarity with server apps / tools
- Customer Support
- Problem Solving
- Ability to interpret XML and JSON
- Ability to work on multiple assignments
- Ability to interact with developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills are a must.
- Correspondent/retail origination experience is a plus.
- SQL intermediate knowledge and SQL Server experience.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment.
- Strong business acumen.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
