Internal Communication Specialist II

The Internal Communication Specialist will write, edit and create copy that will keep employees informed of the goals and strategies of the organization. As the Specialist, you will use a variety of forms of communication activities and programs to engage employees in the culture of the organization.

The Internal Communication Specialist will:

• Design & launch email marketing campaigns
• Create and deliver executive bios & corporate messaging
• Identify, develop and deploy communication strategies for all site locations for management review
• Develop communications that engage employees and corporate culture initiatives
• Manage internal communication and outreach through Pennymac Central and Pennymac TVs, etc.
• Provide analytics to determine success of communication efforts
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
