A Typical Day Performs day-to-day, loan-level transactions, demonstrating knowledge of systems, process, departments, policies and procedures, to ensure commitments are settled accurately and timely with respect to all commitment parameters. The Analyst, CDL Transaction Management will: Execute all pricing transactions (e.g. lock, extension, update, re-lock, renegotiation, cancellation, price inquiries, price updates, pre- and post-purchase price adjustments) Execute daily reporting routine to validate integrity of commitment pricing and parameters Serve as front-line contact for questions related to the correspondent portal, with respect to all pricing mechanics and pricing related setup Liaise with clients and business partners (including: credit, capital markets, sales, post purchase, accounting and fulfillment) to ensure accuracy of pricing Identify system and process gaps to be reviewed by the pricing manager Conduct research as instructed by pricing manager Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values What You’ll Bring Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel SQL knowledge preferred Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time well within a fast-paced group and changing environment Strong interpersonal skills Critical thinker, with the ability to work well with a highly collaborative team Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
