This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services with the Housekeeping and Laundry team. The location served is inour Independent Living neighborhood, which houses 175 apartments and 49 cottages (each up to 3 bedrooms). This includes community spaces like common areas, 3 restaurant venues, event venue, wellness center, and more. Responsibilities include:
Pay rate:$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities Of This Position
This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services with the Housekeeping and Laundry team. The location served is inour Independent Living neighborhood, which houses 175 apartments and 49 cottages (each up to 3 bedrooms). This includes community spaces like common areas, 3 restaurant venues, event venue, wellness center, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of team's daily tasks, oversight of cleaning schedule, and timely response to Resident needs.
- Staff training, support, and guidance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure trash disposal.
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, including hazardous waste disposal.
- Act as a liaison between Team and Director, Residents, and other departments.
- Provide expertise in flooring care with specialized floor machinery (buffers, extractors) to maintain various surfaces. Duties include routine floor maintenance by stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and stain removal.
- Perform daily Porter tasks throughout the building, including soiled utilities management and set up/break down of events.
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Pay rate:$20.00 per hour
