Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service in a quick service and fast food restaurant setting.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage daily operations including shift management, staff scheduling, and supervising food production processes.
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and place orders to prevent shortages or excess.
- Train new staff on food handling, customer service protocols, kitchen procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and maintain cleanliness of the store environment.
- Assist in budgeting, sales analysis, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct staff interviews, performance reviews, and support ongoing training & development initiatives.
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership in hospitality management, supervising experience, and culinary expertise.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions.
- Strong background in managing quick service & fast food restaurant operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools for reporting and operational oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills for interviewing candidates, coaching staff, and engaging with customers.
- Knowledge of kitchen management practices including food production, catering basics, and food handling standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in casual dining or banquet environments with hospitality management experience preferred.
