Job description:
We are seeking a Certified Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Desktop experience to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities. This on-site role is based in Santa Maria and offers competitive hourly compensation and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities include managing full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accurate financial records, reporting support, and organized documentation.
Required qualifications: Certified in Bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks Desktop proficiency, excellent typing and computer skills, strong communication and organization, and ability to multitask.
Preferred: Real Estate or Construction experience, bilingual Spanish, and strong professional references.
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
