What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Penny and Lulu Studio Florist?

- Our front desk team are the interpreters of our company. Flowers speak an unspoken language. Our team helps translate customer feelings into flowers.
- Efficiently and effectively meet client needs through sales of Penny & Lulu's products; including, but not limited to, floral arrangements, plants, giftware lines, wedding & events, to residential and corporate needs.
- Maintain Penny & Lulu's standards with product quality, accuracy, professional presentation and service at all times.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and support all customer questions as needed, using judgment, knowledge and internal company resources to resolve.
- Required Experience:

- High School diploma.

- Position Details:
- Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
- Availability requirements include days, and extending holidays during Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. .
- Weekday Shifts are typically Monday - Friday; 9am to 230p,
- Holiday Shifts required as needed for valentine's day and mother's day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
