Job Overview:

• Company: Pennwest Specialized Contracting Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $52.00 - $61.70 per hour.
• Location: Grove City, PA (Travel Required).
• Job/Employment Type: Temporary.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.
• Project Scope: Industrial Civil Construction / Utilities.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a foundational member of our field operations team, ensuring the structural integrity of vital water and wastewater treatment facilities. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Install and secure heavy rebar and mesh according to precise engineering specifications.
• Interpret complex structural blueprints to ensure exact placement of reinforcement steel.
• Execute and assist in large-scale concrete pours to maintain project structural standards.
• Collaborate on various crossover tasks to support the overall momentum of the job site.
• Meet rigorous project milestones through disciplined time management and overtime work.
• Navigate demanding outdoor environments during both extreme summer and winter weather.
• Uphold high quality-control standards within a dedicated, non-union workforce.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in rebar installation.
• Proven ability to read and accurately interpret structural construction blueprints.
• Physical stamina to meet the heavy manual demands of industrial site work.
• Proficiency in English and possession of a reliable means of transportation.
• Complete willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience specifically within water or wastewater treatment plant construction.
• Possession of an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
• Ability to work effectively with minor supervision in a fast-paced environment.
