Penn Vet was founded in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and has since grown to open branches in Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina.

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

A Credit Coordinator processes, maintains, and distributes credit information as appropriate while providing our customers with the best service done the Penn Vet way.

One (1) full-time position is available: Candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday, 9:30am to 6:30pm and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set up and maintain customer accounts. 
• Post payments, process customer credits and returns. 
• Work to keep customer accounts current – contact customers via email and phone. 
• Respond to and answer customer questions providing excellent customer service 
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Account Receivable Supervisor, Account Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager or Company President. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma. 
• 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, accounts receivable experience preferred. 
• Customer service driven and focused. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly goals. 
• Ability to organize one’s own activities and manage multiple priorities independently while also working as an active member on a team. 
• Strong attention to detail, well organized. 
• Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office 
• Experience with a multi-line telephone system preferred

Salary : $20 - $22
