As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer success by assisting with floor preparation, application support, and troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance. You'll help build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by leveraging your industry expertise and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert product and application support.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices.
- Understand customer needs and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Respond to Penntek’s technical support line 7 days a week, assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers in a professional and solution-driven manner.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in solving technical challenges.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and leading weekly installation training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Essential Competencies Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently certified in AMPP/NACE Concrete Coating Inspector Level 1 or willing to obtain certification.
Work Experience
2 to 5 years in industrial concreate coatings applications are required.
Travel Requirement
Regular travel is required, which may be up to 50%.

Work Environment
The work environment for this position is a combination of office and manufacturing settings. As Penntek is a manufacturer and distributor of products and supplies, the incumbent will be exposed to various temperatures, fumes and loud noise in the manufacturing setting. Due to regular time spent on the manufacturing floor, the incumbent must be able to tolerate some exposure to these workplace characteristics. The incumbent must also follow company safety procedures.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
