Summary Of Position / Essential Functions
2nd & 3rd Shift
Perform various physical tasks related to work order fulfillment involving order pulling, material handling and packaging.
Handling various types of metals by hand or via material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Other assignments as directed.
Job Specifications
Skills Required & Physical Demands
Proficient in Windows based software.
Working knowledge of decimals and fractions.
Proficient in measuring via tape measures and micrometers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work safely in an environment with machinery, overhead cranes, and moving equipment.
Ability to work a full shift on your feet with little stationary time.
Agility necessary to climb stairs, ladders, and access fork lifts and truck beds.
Medium / heavy manual work involving handling over 50 pounds frequently / up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Tolerance of temperature extremes encountered both inside and outside of an open warehouse environment.
Accurate identification of metals within PSC's product line.
