The State Employees' Retirement System (SERS) is looking for an inquisitive, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail to join our Purchase of Service unit as a Retirement Technician Trainee. Primary duties include processing requests from SERS' members to purchase various types of prior service for retirement credit, searching through various employment and earnings records to gather necessary information, and performing mathematical calculations.
