Family Based Program Director

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Services
• 3 years experience working with children and/or families
• Valid Driver's license and car insurance
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Criminal Background Check through the Department of Human Services

We are searching for a Family Based Program Director for the Lancaster County Children’s Services Office.

Job duties would include:

• Reviewing all client assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan updates and weekly billing paperwork to ensure timelines are being met
• Work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the teams
• Attending interagency meetings and treatment plan sessions as needed
• Supervising the administrative responsibilities related to the Family Based teams ensuring that Family Based state regulations are being met

A qualified applicant will have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Services (psych, social work, education, etc.) and three years direct case in CASSP system
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Love family therapy and promoting change within systems
• Enjoy providing leadership and giving feedback to help others grow
• Be open to receiving your own supervision and feedback to continue to grow your own skills
• Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Be organized and detail oriented

Schedule: 80 hours every 2 weeks; on call for your teams

Pay structure:

• Salaried position – pay is based on number of teams you are supervising in the county
• Salary range $45,000
