Family Based Program Director – Children’s Services – Full Time
Pay: $51,000/year

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a full time Family Based Program Director for our Children’s Services clinic. This position is ideal for a professional with experience working with children and families who can provide program leadership, support clinical operations, oversee administrative responsibilities, and help maintain the day-to-day functioning of a Family Based program.
The Family Based Program Director will work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the entire program, support Family Based Teams through weekly supervision, review treatment documentation, attend interagency meetings, and help ensure strong communication and organization across the clinic.
In This Position
- You work alongside the Clinical Consultant to provide leadership to the entire Family Based program
- Your weekly duties would include conducting weekly group supervision with the Family Based Teams
- Review all written treatment plans and treatment plan updates
- Attend interagency meetings and treatment plan sessions
- Supervising the administrative responsibilities related to the Family Based program in your clinic
- Participate in interviews for new therapists
- Provide feedback and evaluate employees
- Maintain the day to day administrative operations of the program
