Drug and Alcohol Recovery Specialist

Are you in long-term recovery and want to help others on their journey? Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a Full-Time Drug & Alcohol Recovery Specialist to provide guidance and support to individuals in treatment. This role will be held in either Lancaster City (Pearl Street location) or Harrisburg (Allison Hill location)

Your Role:

• Serve as a liaison between clients, therapists, and support services.
• Help clients navigate the treatment and recovery process.
• Use your lived experience to motivate and encourage individuals throughout their journey.

• Minimum of 2 years of personal recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
