Pay $18/hour
Degree Requirement Bachelor's Degree
Working Hours 40-42 hours/week
Job Status Full Time
- Seasonal position: if hired for the full school year you could earn 258 summer paid time off hours; plus have the potential for an additional 120 hours of summer paid time off
- Overtime hours available to enhance pay
- Paid holidays when school is closed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- PA State Police Criminal History Check

What You'll Do
As a Truancy Mentor, you will:
- Work directly with students to encourage school attendance and engagement.
- Monitor attendance and follow up with students and families to address concerns.
- Collaborate with school staff and community partners to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Serve as a mentor, advocate, and service coordinator to help students overcome challenges.
- Conduct home visits to stay connected with families and provide ongoing support.
