The Associate Director of Student Engagement provides directions for student leadership development, campus programming, and parent/family engagement. This role advises student organizations—including the Wildcat Events Board (WEB) and Student Government Association (SGA)—oversees student engagement initiatives, and manages event registration and student-run business programs. The position builds partnerships across campus and the community, coordinates hallmark events, supports New Student Orientation, and contributes to budget planning. Evening, weekend, and occasional travel are required to meet student needs. Based on minimum education and experience qualifications the yearly salary range is $70,000 - $80,000.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience planning and executing large-scale events
- Related work experience preferably in an educational facility in Student Engagement/ Activities, Student Affairs, Residence Life, and/or Student Orientation
- Experience leading trainings or workshops
