Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to serve as Director of Development for the Penn College Foundation.
As a key member of the College Relations leadership team, the Director of Development will help advance the College’s philanthropic priorities through strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and Foundation leadership. This position will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, and build meaningful relationships with alumni, corporate partners, foundations, and friends of the College.
The Director will also support the effective administration of the Penn College Foundation through board engagement, donor stewardship, operational oversight, and strategic planning.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Administration, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of successful fundraising experience
- Experience tracking, monitoring, and maintaining a financial portfolio
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage complex activities with limited supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of investment portfolio development and management
- Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels
