What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Accurately document resident care and medication administration and communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Follow established nursing policies and procedures while providing high-quality, person-centered care.
