The Butcher / Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat and poultry products according to company standards and customer specifications. this role ensures freshness, quality , food safety, and proper presentation while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind various types of meat ( beef, pork, poultry, lamb, etc.)
Weigh , wrap, label, and price cuts of meat for display and customer orders.
Maintain freshness and quality by rotating stock and monitoring product dates.
Clean and sanitize work areas, cutting tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Operate cutting machines , saws, grinders, and scales safely and efficiently.
Ensure displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
