The Research Dietitian will work closely with a small team of researchers and dietitians and will participate in all aspects of clinical research conducted by Pennington Biomedical, including the coordination, planning, and implementation of administrative, clinical, and/or intervention activities. *This position can be filled part-time or full-time. Major Responsibilities Nutritional education and counseling to participants enrolled in various research protocols. Instructing subjects on the collection of food records. Coding of dietary intake. Product research. Administrative support including assistance with report preparation, and work with school-based protocols. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively work with clients in a non-judgmental approach.
