We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Front End Employee to join our busy bagel shop team! This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions
- Prepare food items including bagels, sandwiches, spreads, and beverages
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and light baking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, prep areas, and dining space
- Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help with all aspects of the shop, including cleaning and food prep
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs if needed
