Job Summary

Example of Some Key Responsibilities
- Handling a wide range of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
- Assisting customers with products like cashier’s checks, money orders, and new account setup
- Processing night deposits, mail transactions, and balancing cash drawers with precision
- Managing vault cash, preparing shipments to the Federal Reserve, and maintaining cash limits
- Providing friendly, professional service while identifying customer needs and referring opportunities
- Supporting branch operations by coordinating with team members and other departments
- Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
- May assist with ATM balancing, safe deposit services, and back-up the Customer Service Representative at times
Core Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and efficiently
