What You’ll Do
- Help maintain and update customer and account records
- Monitor computer systems and assist with daily processing tasks
- Run routine programs such as transactions and reports (training provided)
- Review reports and flag any discrepancies for follow-up
- Scan, upload, and organize documents in our systems
- Assist with troubleshooting minor system issues and escalate when needed
- Support general operational tasks to keep things running smoothly

Requirements
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized computer operations education and training.
Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; technical knowledge of computer commands, equipment operating instructions, and output requirements; moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate typing skills; ability to stand, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less; familiarity with navigating Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat
