Job Duties:
· Drafting and responding to discovery
· Preparing basic pleadings and documents
· Legal writing, research, and assistance with trial preparation
· Transcription
· E-filing
· Communicating with clients and witnesses
· Maintaining and organizing legal files
Qualifications
· General Legal / Paralegal experience.
· Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
· Experience maintaining dockets and working legal documents .
· Ability to work independently and in a high volume, fast-paced
environment.
· Ability to manage your own caseload with limited supervision.
· Highly proficient in WordPerfect, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills.
· Proven track record of legal support experience is preferred.
· Strong client services experience.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
