PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited individual to be a part of our Screw Machine, Winston-Salem team. As a Secondary Operations Associate – Machine Operator at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Secondary Operations Associate, You’ll Help Ensure Our Products Meet The Highest Standards Of Quality And Performance. You’ll Gain Hands-on Experience In Several Areas Of Production, Including

• Retinas
• Parts Washing
• Chip Spinning
• Closers
• Heat Treat
• Inspection
• Manual Tape and Reel
• MD Coating
  
  

You’ll be cross-trained across multiple operations to maximize production efficiency and support the team's overall success.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and understand product prints, procedures, and specifications
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work in various secondary operation areas and shifts as needed
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 75 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned environments
• Manual dexterity and good near vision (20/30) for inspecting small parts
