Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, performing stormwater management, and site development. The role will require some in-person work in Williamsport or Tower City with flexibility for remote work based on experience.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Site Development skills
- Experience in Stormwater Management and Quality Control
- Experience in ESCGP and NPDES permitting
- Experience in Land Development and Subdivision processes
- Experience in Municipal Zoning processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 software
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience in land surveying is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience preferred
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) license preferred with the goal of obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license
