Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced and caring full-time Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) for our Hospice division in the Pierce County area! A minimum of 1 year of health care management experience, preferably hospice Must have at least 1 year of hospice agency experience, including admissions Must be experienced in HOPE charting requirements for hospice A BSN degree is preferred, but not required Current BLS certification Current Washington state Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required Knowledge of hospice regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare-certified 5 star rated agency that takes pride in our quality of care and ethical business practices as well as our foundational Core Values of CAPLICO: Customer Second (Employee First) Accountability Passion for Learning Love One Another Intelligent Risk Taking Celebration Ownership What does life in Washington offer you?
