Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Operate dental imaging equipment including X-ray machines while adhering to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
- Manage medical documentation and records with precision, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
- Support infection control practices through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures
Experience
- Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection control protocols is essential
- Certification or training in X-ray technology is required.
