Job Overview
Performs various general office duties, including general ledger reconciliation, preparing and editing financial reports, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, bill calculations, posting of account payments, mail processing, balancing daily receipts, customer relations, delinquent accounts, payroll, scheduling of inspections, and any other pertinent tasks assigned by the Authority Manager.
Requirements
- Accounting Degree or 3 years' experience in performing all accounting functions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Provide 3-character references
- pass pre-employment physical
- pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- pass criminal background check
Pay: $21.93 - $24.85 per hour
