Duties
- Lead daily shift operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely service, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hospitality.
- Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health department guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure positive dining experiences and foster customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or food service management within quick service or casual dining environments.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills; previous assistant manager experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff effectively.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management tasks efficiently.
- Have flexible availability. Day and night shifts required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
