SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for the coordination, assessment, process improvement, and support for all quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Duties to include, but not limited to: data management, performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for assisting management with integrating program quality efforts across program components.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree
