JOB SUMMARY:
**NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
T he Telehealth Program Assistant's primary purpose is to serve the health care system for virtual care needs. This role will be supportive of patient safety, quality metrics, rules/regulations, and policies and procedures. Must be technology savvy and be pleasant and customer service driven.
M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of medical, secretarial or customer service work experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Technology skills.
Customer Service skills.
